You can do this with any ship When facing the Romulans
let them come into a very close range Do not fire let them
fire first Most if not all Romulan ships will try to cloak
as soon as they fire their torpedoes When this happens give
them all you have

Before a ship cloaks enable Follow Target When the ship cloaks you will not be able to target it but will be facing it when it decloaks
