If you have already completed the game play Episode 5 where you face Darth Vader where Luke loses his hand Then play the last level where you face Vader for the final time Win both times then start another file In Episode 4 instead of having the blaster you will have the blue lightsaber
Get Lightsaber ON Episode IV
First beat the game on ANY difficulty Then satrt a new file Go back to your other file that you beat and replay the battle between you and Darth Vader When you beat Vader go back to your new file When you play you will not have a blaster but a Lightsaber
