if u go into the xwing directory then go to missions them there is a file called missionlst make a backup of this file then delete the missions you dont want to do
Cheat Mode
Press ESC before you begin a mission Then look in the Options menu for these cheats Tour Invulnerable or Unlimited Ammo Enable them to cheat
