You basically have to water the plants in every "level/stage" so fill the bucket with water and you're good to go ... the dreamworld is there to get access to the next "level/stage" ... have fun :)

After you find the room with the elevator you can start translating text.

after watering the plants in the first room with a bucket of water I slept and during the night could read the words on the doornote
