Torchlight II - Difficulties

Torchlight 2 allows you to choose between a few difficulties and even a hardcore mode (chosen during the character creation screen) for the more seasoned or daring players.

These difficulties include Casual, Normal, Veteran, and Elite in that order. Increased difficulties mean for enemies with more armor, more health, they deal more damage, and enemies do NOT drop better items.
