Transport Tycoon Deluxe is a special edition of Transport Tycoon, the Tycoon Simulation game. Released in 1995 in the US and Europe, the game was developed by MicroProse and is well-known as Chris Sawyer's first creation, preceding the RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise.
The player, as the manager of a transport company, has the objective of building the company up and making it more successful than competitor companies. The game occurs within a randomly-generated or pre-created world and the player must create bus, truck, train, boat and plane systems to earn the company money. Sabotage and dirty tactics aren't out of the question. Anything goes within the world of Transport Tycoon Deluxe.
