Increase Rating with hostile races
At the beginning of the game you are not friends with the paranid or Split and as such you cant dock at their stations However you can dock at a Pirate base in their sectors If you keep on docking they will eventually offer you a job when you complete it it will increase your rating with that species so you will then be able to dock
