Wasteland is an alternate universe filled with over eighty years of forgotten Dsiney characters, theme park attractions and videogames.
It is the world where all Epic Mickey games take place and it is home to characters such as Oswald the Lucky Doctor, the Mad Doctor and more.
Wasteland was supposed to be a paradise created by the wizard Yen Sid where Disney's forgotten and rejected characters could lead a happy life. But Mickey Mouse while playing with the Magic Paintbrush accidentally spilled large amounts of thinner on the world and unleashed the Shadow Blot thus dooming characters inhabiting it to live in what became known as the Wasteland.
