On the distant planet of Velix, a huge meteor crash landed in the country of Rendel. The meteorite upon impact with the surface not only severely damaged the area but also destroyed all life form in the area as well.
King Roland sent the Royal Alchemists led by The Grand Alchemist Horen to the Limos desert, where the meteor had landed, to investigate.
The dispatched Royal Alchemist built a camp called Theoran and studied the meteorite over a year to find the secret within and by a merest of chance found that the meteorite contained a certain property that it can change the nature of other objects through a chemical reaction. For this, some members of the Royal Alchemists believed that the meteor was the “Philosopher’s Stone”.
Horen showed in front of the King how he could make the most powerful stone “Velaxium” by using the power of the meteorite and the King was very pleased about it.
Hence the King stating that the meteorite is “the gift from God upon Rendel” named the meteorite “The Prime Stone” believing that the meteorite had great powers including the secret of world creation.
The Royal Alchemists including Horen created new weapons based on the refinement of the meteorite and drove the ancient tribe Volo, who hds been in conflict with the empire on the North for very long time, out of the land of Rendel.
At the same time, a dark shadow was casting over Rendel.
When the meteorite crashed on Rendel, many creatures around the desert died and they abnormally degenerated by the effect of the meteorite due to its' power to change the nature of the substance. The degenerated bodies merged into the bones and flesh of other creatures and the problem flooded the enitre kingdom.
Eventually, many people from Rendel’s Eastern region died by the unknown plague and the king blocked all passage to Rendel’s Eastern Region by building the Grand Wall of the Silent to stop the spread of the plague.
Also, the king ordered to block anyone access to The Prime Stone and never to use the power of the meteorite again.
But the other surrounding countries and tribes found out about the origin of “Velaxium” that it was made by the power of The Prime Stone and Rendel has fallen into chaos.
The King ordered for the suppression of the degenerated ferocious monsters and thus many bounty hunters, adventurers and scholars who want to solve the mystery of The Prime Stone started to gather into Rendel.
And now an adventurer has just arrived in Ingen, a small harbor city in Rendel with full of one’s own dream.
