I'm at level 16 but in almost all missions asks to go to the stone cutter, where can I find this house?

I'm on level 65 and still cannot find the lumber mill and observatory. How/where can I find and build them so I can finish quests?

I've searched the market and can not find the bolts of fabric for building the dress shop. I'm at level 26. Do I need to be higher to unlock it?

I couldn't find anything blueberry anywhere in the market... is there something special I have to do to get them?
