Eden Eternal is an anime-styled, free-to-play MMORPG in which players navigate Eden Eternal's colorful world, while fighting hordes of enemies in order to advance their classes and skills. As they progress, eventually they can help the Guardians of Eden Eternal restore peace to the world.
Character Creation
When the player first starts up the game and logs in for the first time, they must choose between 5 races and 3 starting classes. Each race has specific trait bonuses and each class is different. For example the Human Cleric has access to the Magic Dissipate skill, which reduces Magic Damage by 10%, while Anuran will have access to the Oracular skill, which improves healing by 10%.
Upon choosing a race and class, the player is prompted into customize their character's facial features and gender. Choices are limited to the player's eyes, hair, skin color, and face.
PvE & Quests

Questing is an essential part of Eden Eternal. It allows players to progress along the story line while being rewarded by items. Players are also given the option of accepting Side-Quests which do not advance the story along but offer various rewards.
Crafting
Crafting in Eden Eternal allows players to create items that they might not normally find from drops. In order to craft, players must purchase a blueprint and gather the neccessary components before heading to the appropriate NPC to craft the item. However, the higher level the item, the higher the chances of failure.
Each Race has their own unique items available for crafting:
- Humans: Gem Crafting to augment weapons and armor
- Zumi: Engineering to create gadgets.
- Anuran: Alchemy to create potions, dyes and essences.
- Ursun: Engraving to create glyphs.
- Halfkin: Embroidery to create trophy enchantments.

Guilds
In order to create a Guild you must be level 20 and have 50 gold. After creating one, players can level it up by donating gold and reach a certain amount of fame. Players in Guilds can access Guild Merchants, participate in Territory Wars, Guild Boss Raids, and Guild Missions.
When the guild reaches level 3, the leader can create a Guild Town.
Guild Towns
Guild Towns help players to gain resources and more items easier. By creating various buildings, players will have access to new items and more stores. For example, by building farms players will have access to more types of plants. However, these towns are limited to 5 different types of buildings.
PvP

Players can duel one another. They can also join large-scale Territory Wars where the players must team up and fight in order to take control of lands in order to gain victory and rewards. Eden Eternal also offers Monster Battles where one player becomes a monster and must fight with other players.
