Xbox Fitness Overview
Xbox Fitness is a digital subscription-based fitness game, developed and published by Microsoft Studios exclusively for the Xbox One. Xbox Fitness will launch alongside the Xbox One in North America and major European markets on 22 November, 2013 and will be free for Xbox Live Gold members until December, 2014.
Xbox Fitness utilises the Kinect 2.0 sensor to track users as they complete fitness regimes selected from a wide number of different routines hosted by well known fitness trainers, including Tony Horton, Jillian Michaels, and Tracy Anderson.
