In fantasy castle thier is a room where thier is a green switch at the bottem past 2 flamming heads Thier are also wrp pads in the corners that are guarded by buzz saws If you hit the switch and avoid the first buzz saw and hit the warp pad you will be telaported to the bottem right Go back on to this warp pad and you will be telaported pass the buzz saw Repeate this untill you land on the pad next to the door

Equip Kaiman and go under the water Find a green switch and activate it then talk to the school of fish You will get the Fishhook and a Karabom will join you Take the Fishhook to the fisherman to get the Medicine
