From an IOS (apple) phone you go to the App Store. From Androids, go to playstore. If you're using a computer, the game will log you out automatically and then update itself. It seems Apple products (tablets, etc.) get the updates earlier.

I think you have to go on to Playstore and update it from there.

You get one every 24 hours from the satellite and another one every 5 days using the bonus feature the game gives you. Just click the large "5" at the right side of your screen that appears. Mine comes at midnight every night. Bonuses also include: shovels, food, coins and 1 gem -- rotated every 5 days.

Satelite, it gives you one every 24h, it's the crushed up thing surrounded by rocks not far from the camp. you have to follow the quest line before you can get anything from it

Try updating the game -- logging out and logging back in. If this doesn't work, try deleting the game and reinstalling it. If this doesn't work, click on Help within the game and write a ticket on the problem. The game developers are pretty quick in responding to issues. Be sure to include your email address.

The fourth worker - David the Scientist Edit
Following the quests you will find a fourth worker in a web. So keep pushing the main quest at the beginning The scientist is found when you have finished the quest line with weiss at his radio shack this quest concludes with having to buy a hearing aid battery from him allowing the trapped person to be heard in the area of a windbreak which you must clear and after that he is seen in trapped in a spiders web. all of it takes place just north of the corner of the pyramid. (original version of game started with 4 workers and this quest yielded a 5th - currently players begin with 2 workers, add diana during tutorial phase when freeing her from a web then david becomes the 4th worker)

I have the same problem. Wondering if this is a bug or if I missed something.

Hit the little green arrow thing on the bottom left.

This happened to me when it needed an update.

Clip on the map icon on the bottom left.

Click on the door at the far bottom left of the cave screen.

You are supposed to only have 5 flames burning constantly. Any other flames will be doused. If you have no flames, then either you're done with that quest and you go on to the next or or your game may need to be restarted.

Log out and restart the game. If this doesn't work, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Neither can I .. I donnt think it actually exists...

The next quest is abandoned temple, but this is not available!

The only place i've found spanners so far is in the litle metal boxes at the army base x
