Locate an area with an elevator then use all the bouncers and shoot the guns at the panel to the left of the elevator Collect the quotTquot powerup that appears to change into human form with all weapons maces and a temporary shield
Full power extra shields
Use up all items obtained from the previous level when starting levels two or three Collect the gem powerup that appears to get full power and five shields
