Michael Dobson is a British/Canadian live and voice actor. He has appeared in Stargate SG-1, Free Willy 3, and numerous roles in popular anime aside from his numerous video game appearances. When in games, he tend to narrate, as he did in Penny Arcade and Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed.
Dobson's most recognizable role is probably Nappa in the original dub of Dragonball Z, immortalized in the ubiquitous "Over 9000" meme.
