Taro Bando is one of the composers at Nintendo and the sound designer of various games. He provides the sound effects for various games including the famous Start Signal countdown sequence from the Mario Kart series since Mario Kart 64, item collecting from Zelda games, and many more. He also composed F-Zero X.
