"After nearly two decades of experience in the entertainment industry as a writer, producer, director, and voiceover talent, I became actively engaged in commercial real estate as an investor. Serving as Managing Partner of The Bardin Crossing Group, I spearheaded investment in neighborhood shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Working closely with property management and leasing professionals I formulated a successful strategy to grow centers into synergized communities; the underlying philosophy being that individual tenants both contributed to, and benefitted by, an orchestrated mix of neighborhood retailers and service providers. Finding the commercial real estate world and “the art of the deal” creatively challenging,
I've recently concentrated my efforts as a retail property specialist, representing both landlords and tenants in Daum Commercial Real Estate's Valencia, California office. That said, I'm still very much active in my work as a voiceover performer in commercials, a signifcant part of my professional life for the last twenty years. As an actor, I've had guest starring roles in episodic television, animated series, and video games. Have narrated documentary specials for The History Channel, A&E, The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel.
And have served as a Writer/Producer of reality-based an non-fiction programming. Prior creative and management experience in on-air promotion for Showtime, The Movie Channel, and as a partner in Really Big Pictures, an entertainment marketing and production firm. Member of SAG, AFTRA, Actors Equity, and WGA. Have served as a national and local board member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. And of special importance for me I am an active volunteer in the community and for my alma mater, Vassar College, where I serve as a member of the Alumnae/aiAssociation's Nominating Committee."
