I'm stuck on the final level in Robotopia.

What should I do with the robotic scorpion thing? I've used the scanner to get it out of the body, shocked it with the car battery, and put a clamp on it, (tightening the clamp harmed the patient though) but I don't know what to do now.

    After putting the clamp and tightening it (it didn't harm the patient for me) I killed the scorpion with the chain saw.
