What happened? I just did the update and lost everything! I went from level 19 back to 1!!! I am not starting all over again.....fix it

Lori SavageI am on level 20 and just saw your post. I used my Snip tool on my computer and copied my screen shot that shows my level number and information and the amount of gold coins I have, just in case this happens to me. I will be SO mad if it does, I have spent alot of money on this dang game!
