It says: Keep a lookout for anyone who wants help with a Smuggling Quest. Smuggling Quests are only available at night. I'd suggest a trip to Seadog Cove- it's full of shady characters. How m I suppose to complete this quest???

Go into the tavern on season cove. There will be a character with the green exclamation. He will give you a smuggling job. This can only be done at night. You will be required to play a smuggling mission on the way to the island.
