I went to an island in the second archipelago which indicated it had a map, but I can't see the box holding the map.

Brenda McCavanaIf it's forgotten shore its in the water. To the south if you find out how to get it. Let me know -
sometime the crate the holds the map pieces can be found behind trees etc. sometimes you have to visit a couple of times before it shows up. but you can try this, do not come out of your island but reload your game. sometimes it will show up then
