The highest difficulty (i think professional) can be a little tricky in some parts if i remember, but still not the hardest thing you'll ever try to do.

It's very easy really. The only part that's any trouble at all is getting the online achievements (or are those even in the 1000G?). Also check into the Egg Duping glitch if you want to speed things up (NOTE: not endorsing, just informing that it's an option).
