Overkill's upcoming The Walking Dead game will be 'Payday-esque' according to The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman.
Polygon is reporting that Kirkman made the remarks during an SXSW panel. He also said that, although it will be Payday-esque, it will 'be in a bigger world than Payday currently encompasses' and that 'there will be announcements about that game very soon'.
The only other statement he made about the game was in response to an audience question about cooperative and online play, to which Kirkman responded:
"I think it is pretty safe to say that the Starbreeze game will be online and interactive... Payday is an online cooperative game correct? Yes. So it will be it will follow a similar approach. That's good news."
