Monster Strike Tops 30 Million Downloads, on Track to Make $1 Billion

The Pokémon and pinball mashup Monster Strike has been downloaded more than 30 million times since its release in October 2013.

Monster Strike makes $3.8 million daily and is on track to make a total of $1 billion. As of right now Puzzle & Dragons is the only mobile game franchise in Japan to make more than $1 billion in the last two years.

Developer Mixi also released its earnings report for the fiscal year ending March 31. Revenue jumped 82.9 percent to over 42 billion yen.
