Activision Blizzard shares reached a new high point yesterday following the announcement of the company's acquisition of King Entertainment.
Stocks rose 7.5 percent on November 3rd from $33.35 to a high of $37, before closing at $35.82 at the end of trading.
King's stock also jumped 14.8 percent to $17.84 by the end of trading. Activision is paying $18 per share for the acquisition.
