Monster Hunter X (3DS) topped the Japanese charts in its first week on sale, with sales of 1.49 million units for the week ending November 29th, according to Media Create.
Seven games in total debuted in the top 20: Aikatsu! My No. 1 Stage! (3DS) debuted in second with sales of 24,918 units. Hyperdimension Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls: Dream Fusion Special (PSV) debuted in sixth with sales of 16,941 units, and Criminal Girls 2 (PSV) debuted in eighth with sales of 15,196 units.
Blade Arcus from Shining Ex (PS4) debuted in 11th with sales of 12,469 units; the PlayStation 3 version debuted in 16th with sales of 8,083 units. Finally, Taiko Drum Master: Atsumete Tomodachi Daisakusen (Wii U) debuted in 13th with sales of 10,007 units.
The Nintendo 3DS was the top selling platform at 131,023 units sold. The PlayStation 4 sold 26,598 units and the Wii U sold 20,256 units. The PlayStation Vita sold 15,765 units, the PlayStation 3 sold 1,643 units, and the Xbox One sold 591 units.
