Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney – adventure video game type of visual novel developed and published by Capcom. It was first released in Japan April 12, 2007 year, and later in North America. (19 February 2008), Europe (9 May 2008) and Australia (22 May 2008). The game takes place after the events of the game Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations. Apollo Justice is the first game in the series Ace Attorney issued only for the Nintendo DS, which is not a port of the console version of the Game Boy Advance. This game is the first in a series in which the main character is not Phoenix Wright. The story is set in 2026 years, seven years after the events of the game Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations. Phoenix Wright has been stripped of his badge lawyer, and Apollo Justice is his student.
The game became very popular in Japan in the first week of release sold about 250,000 copies of the game and at the end of 2007 – 515,417 copies.

The game was created by Minae Matsukawa and by Shu Takumi, those people that have been involved in the creation of the previous parts of Phoenix Wright. The demo version of the game was first available at the Tokyo Game Show. In Japan, they released a limited edition of the game, 12 April 2007.
The soundtrack, entitled Gyakuten Saiban 4 Original Soundtrack was issued on 27 June 2007. It contained the original version of the game sound composed by Toshihiko Horiyamę. The concert based on the music of this game, entitled Gyakuten Meets Orchestra took place in Tokyo in April 2008. The album of the concert was released July 16, 2008 year.
