Kim Swift is perhaps best known for being the project lead on Portal, but her and developer Airtight Games also made strides last year with their similarly-themed puzzle/platformer Quantum Conundrum.
Now, it has been revealed that Swift's next project is Soul Fjord, a disco-themed dungeon crawler that combines the aesthetics of the '70s club scene with Norse mythology (and that is a sentence I never thought I'd type in my career). The announcement trailer below sells me on the unique premise and imagery, but doesn't show much else. The developer diary below shows a bit of the game in action, however, so be sure to check that out.
I love Portal and Quantum Conundrum, and I suppose many others do as well, so the involvement of Kim Swift in this Ouya-exclusive title might help in putting the Android-based console on more people's radars.
No official release date yet for Soul Fjord, but here's hoping it comes out around the same time as Ouya's June 4th release date.
