Words cannot describe the utter chaos and humor inside of Saints Row The Third. But I'm still gonna do it anyway. Let's being with plot; In Saints Row 3, you start as a masked man running around and robbing a bank with Nyte Blade (a fictional character in the Saints world). As you rob the bank, the people are terrified and also excited to see the Saints robbing a bank. Towards the end of the mission, you are arrested and must give your appearance to the officer (this is when you must customize your character to your appeal). After you finish with you infinite customization, a CG scene will play, revealing that rival gangs have made a rise in Steel Port. Since the Saints were busy being "corporate whores" these gangs took the liberty of taking the city. After you escape, you find yourself completely broke due to a hacking from one of the rival gangs. This starts the complete destruction and raunchy humor that Saints Row 3 is known for.
Now for gameplay; the game is set as a third person with lenient controls. Your character runs smoothly and does actions very well. You are given an arsenal of weapons that range from the signature Saints Pistol to the outrageous large purple dildo bat to an RC Professor that allows you to take control of any vehicle and detonate them.
In terms of visuals the game is pretty good. Buildings are colorful and somewhat detailed, characters are very well animated but lack detail, and cars are very well modeled. Overall, the game could have done better.
Voice acting is also very well done. You have a choice of three different voices during character creation: A Caucasian man, An African American man, and a British man. Female only has Caucasian and African American. You can even have the voice of a zombie.
The game to me is lots of fun to blow shit up and just cause mayhem.
I give this game a 4 out of 5.
