More than a year after the game was announced, Western fans of Professor Layton and Ace Attorney can finally rejoice. Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney will hit North American and European markets in 2014 according to a short announcement on the official Level 5 Facebook page.
The crossover game unites the two titular characters in an epic journey, sometimes pitting the two against one-another. The game released to positive reception and sales in Japan in November last year, and topped Level 5's poll for the game its Western fans wanted localized the most. No exact release date was given, but this is the second bit of recent good news for fans of the Ace Attorney franchise, as Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies is set to hit in digital format on the 3DS this fall.
