Konami has announced Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate HD for PS3 and Xbox 360. Originally released earlier this year as a 3DS exclusive, Konami's Facebook page today revealed that the game was being ported to home consoles for an October 31st release.
Lords of Shadow lead Dave Cox also revealed that Konami and developer MercurySteam were "seriously looking" into bringing the HD version to PC as well, but that Wii U and Vita versions were not on the table.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate is the second major 3DS title to be making its way to consoles, following the release of Resident Evil: Revelations for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Windows earlier this year.
This announcement comes just in time to build anticipation for the next entry in the series, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, set to release for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC this November.
