Having trouble getting through Grindarella level.

I have gotten rid of the flames, closed the deep wounds, cauterized the wounds, and used the healing cream, but the chainsaw outline won't come up... I try using every tool in my kit and nothing moves the level forward. Help!!!

    Some of the wounds are really hard to see! They VERY often blend into the background, and I often find myself searching through the whole screen to find the thing that I missed.
