Footage of Cancelled Darth Maul Game Appears Online

Rumours have appeared online stating that developer Red Fly was working on a Star Wars game that followed Darth Maul's origin story.

IGN state that the game took inspiration from Batman: Arkham Asylum. The game, codenamed Damage was meant to be linked to a series of The Clone Wars. Apparently George Lucas himself stepped in and changed the direction of the game heavily to tie in with Dark Horse's comics.

LucasArts almost bought out RedFly, but when that didn't happen the game was canned, and the 70 employees that worked on the game were left jobless.
