I played Assassin's Creed IV a while back when it came out and I had fun for a little bit. But then the novelty of the boats wore off and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. The game wasn't terrible. It is actually pretty good. But there are some things I didn't enjoy. Climbing on land felt strange and buggy. But on boats if felt pretty good. But the missions felt the same. It was always tailing then an assassination. But the boat missions felt very fleshed out. It just seems like they tried too hard to make a pirate game than an Assassin's Creed game. I know that I am part of the minority when it comes to this opinion but that's just how it seems.
