Twitter user BluesDriveBuster has posted an image of a reservation card from retailer Fred Meyer for the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. The date listed on the reservation card is 11/21/2014.
While this is still unconfirmed by Nintendo, and the card does note that the displayed date is subject to change, the chances of the date's legitimacy are pretty good. First, the week before Black Friday in North America is a traditional launch target for many big game related items. Secondly, Nintendo has officially announced that the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. is set to launch this holiday.
Finally, November 21st of this year falls on a Friday, which coincides with Nintendo's recent game releases, including Super Mario 3D World last year.
