On the black pawn path, you get a flashlight at one point in the game. I got it, died, and respawned without it... I went back to see if I had to get it again and it wasn't there. I don't know if maybe it's somewhere else? Or I just lose that privilege now, lol. That would really suck. If anyone knows, please let me know.
