Several Japanese game teases have surfaced thanks to a Dengekei questionnaire with 107 Japanese video game developers. The following are the key reveals:
- Deception series producer Keisuke Kikuchi confirms that a new Deception title is in the works ("We’re deep in development for the next stage in the Deception franchise and are working towards being able to announce it sometime in the near future").
- SaGa series executive producer Akitoshi Kawazu suggests a new SaGa title is in the very early stages of development ("The latest SaGa game is in preparation. Hopefully we’ll be able to get more information out later on down the line”).
- Drakengard and Nier developer Taro Yoko hints at an exciting project ("I’ll be killed by various people if I talk about our newest project, so I’m just going to stay quiet").
- Dragon's Dogma director Hideaki Itsuno is quoted saying they have several projects in the works, one of which is almost complete ("We’ve got several games in the pipeline right now. One of them is even in the last stages right now. We should be able to announce it soon").
- Finally, Sengoku Basara series producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi hints at 'developments' to mark the series' anniversary ("2015 will mark the 10th anniversary of the Sengoku Basara franchise. You can expect a lot of exciting announcements and developments in light of the occasion").
