My fish market stall disappeared!

I am currently lvl 7 in the game. While editing buildings, the game's server went down for an update, and I was unable to get back in for a while. When I opened the app again, the fish market stall was missing. The other stalls are there, but the spot where my stall was is empty.

The fish trader's house is still on the island, however. Also, the building is not available for purchase (to rebuild), and it is not located in my inventory or warehouse. I have timed quests that require I sell fish at the market, so the game is recognizing the existence of the stall, but it isn't there, and I'm unable to sell any fish. Oh yeah, and I was even able to upgrade my fisherman, but now can't sell any of the fish he catches as lvl 2. Bummer.
