if you capture a monster at high levels how do you swutch their abilities/skills?

    I shouldn't day whatever move you want only mixes the learns through level up

    You have to obtain memory feathers which I assume is like heart scales in Pokémon. Once you have a memory feather you can trade it at the arena to get whatever move you want. Also if you catch a monsters pre evolved form you have a chance to find that mon at a very low level. Hope I was helpful. Good luck:-)
