Fernando Martinez is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series of games. He has appeared in five of the games, solely as a radio personality. In Grand Theft Auto III, he ran a program called Fernando's New Beginnings, where he had husbands getting a mistress. In Vice City, he was a co-host of the Emotion 98.3 radio station, then as the sole host in Vice City Stories.
He would later move to San Andreas, although there wasn't any known reason why, where he would host the Lonely Hearts segment of the WCTR station. In 2008, he was the host of the Vice City FM radio station in Episodes From Liberty City.
