Shielder is a character and a boss from Ghouls 'n Ghosts. He appears, at first, like a giant statue which comes to life. Shielder is able to detach his head from his body and use it to shoot fireballs at Arthur. He was promised domination over areas of the land by Loki, and is the very first boss in the game. Shield appears as a Rival Unit in Project X Zone.
