Fuka Kazamatsuri is a dead middle schooler, who was meant to be turned into a Prinny, but was simply given a hat and a jacket due to the lack of Prinny hides in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. Believing that everything is a dream, Fuka declares war on Valvatorez and the Prinnies of Hades, so she can have a happier one.
