Arfoire is the main antagonist of the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise, whose main goal is to defeat the Goddesses and take over Gamindustri.
While Arfoire used to be friends with Histoire, the division of Gamindustri into four parts under the Goddesses control pushed her over the edge. Wanting Gamindustri for herself, Arfoire manipulates the citizens of each landmass to push them away from the Goddesses.
