Shura (aka Masked Man) is a powerful demon employed by Overlord Zenon in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories. Originally a demons from another Netherworld who came to Veldime to escape the violence, Shura and Selion were quickly accepted by the humans. When Overlord Zenon arrived, the two tried to protect the humans and failed, sealing their wills and memories away and enslaving them.
It is revealed throughout the game that they are Adell's biological parents, making him demon born.
