Fuguki Suikazan is the high-ranking shinobi of Kirigakure and a member of the previous generation of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist in Naruto.
At some time in the past, Fuguki assigned Kisame, a subordinate, to be a bodyguard at the secret Cypher Division with the order for him to protect the village over his own comrades. This lead to Kisame's massacre of his own teammates to protect them from falling into the hands of Ibiki Morino and revealing valuable information. Later, it was revealed that Fuguki had been leaking information to the enemy, and he was killed by Kisame.
Fuguki is to appear as a playable character in the upcoming Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.
