Clockwerk is a boss from Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus.
Clockwerk is the leader of the Fiendish Five and was an Eurasian Eagle Owl, when he replaced his body parts with machinery. He did this to help him rid the world of the Cooper clan, whom he hated. His parts would never decay or rust, as well as repair itself after suffering incredible damage. He is one of the ones responsible for the theft of the Thievius Raccoonus and the death of Sly's father.
