Miss Decibel is a character and boss from Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
She always had the dream of being a great musical performer. However, when she was young, she played in many musical performances, but no one liked her music because it was awful. Because of this, one time she threw a tantrum and ended up getting a trumpet stuck in her trunk. She soon found out that playing music like this had a hypnotic effect on people, so she ended up using this to commit crimes.
She was hired by Le Paradox to take out Salim Al-Kupar, but also to hypnotize some of the thieves in Salim's group to forge papers for Le Paradox, essentially to make him royalty and filthy rich. She fell in love with Le Paradox, only to be used by him and left behind in Arabia. She was defeated by Sly Cooper in battle and then brought back to the present and put in jail. After the story, she had the trumpet removed and taught music lessons to fellow inmates, hopefully becoming eligible for early parole.
