Toothpick is a character (an armadillo) from Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, and is the boss of the Go West Young Raccoon episode.
He was originally a gangster from Eastern Europe, having grown up loving cowboy movies and gold. Because of this, he ended up only doing gold robberies. He was recruited by Le Paradox to take out Tennessee Kid Cooper, which he did by framing him for a robbery. His obsession for gold led to his plan to get all the gold out of Cotton Mouth Bluff and bring it to the present, so he could be rich.
Toothpick is considered insane and an egomaniac, which is proven from all the posters of himself over the hub world of the episode. His only dislike of the wild west is the sounds of the train whistles, which hurt his ears. He also has an anger problem, which presents itself at its limit, when he grows to an enormous size. He ie eventually defeated by Sly Cooper and ends up stranded in the past, where he supposedly goes deaf from the train whistles and ends up getting hit by a train.
