Judge Nemo is the ruler of the Human World and the main antagonist of Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. Nemo hates demons and angels, but hates humans above all others, considering them nothing but garbage. His ultimate goal is to destroy both the Netherworld and the Human World.
